aug/20-23/2010 - bradley/owner of this blog
the other day, i happened upon an electric organ being given away for free just a few blocks away from my house. it’s in pretty good condition considering it was being given away for not a single penny. i lucked out!
i’ve been jammin on in it every night. i don’t know if any of it’s good, but i’m posting one of the sessions right now (imperfections included…) there are no vocals, but this could evolve into so much more. i just wanted to show that i am still working on music when i have the time!
i know it sounds like beach house. it’s hard not to get that dreamy sound when you’re using an organ + built-in drum machine. i’ll work it out!anyway! i’ve said enough.
This guy and his music; listen.
I wholly admire this man.
Tinashé’s debut album Saved comes out 13 September.* Can. Not. Wait.
*the week of my birthday, no shame.
